How did your professional relationship with the world of cosmetics start?
"In 1982 I applied for one of two vacancies at Wella Cosméticos and was one of the chosen ones. Afterwards I worked for a few years with L´Oreal for Wada Distributor, in 1994, already with my Scorpion Cosmetics Distributor, I received at my home in the city of Ribeirão Preto visiting Mr. Paulo inviting me to be part of the Macpaul sales team. "
What made you fall in love with Macpaul and decide to become a distributor?
"I convinced myself once and for all with Macpaul when I learned that the quality of their products was their priority. I took a liking to this beauty line because it has a magical, seductive aspect, since it has the transforming power: to make what is good at something even better. I accepted the invitation of his representatives for feeling firm in the argument and in the good perspective that I saw ahead. "
What is it like working for 25 years with our company?
"It was good and it still is. I am very grateful for the opportunity that I was given because I achieved a lot with this partnership. I donated and was rewarded, while contributing a modest part to make Macpaul what it is today: a reality and a success."
We are a family owned and operated business. What challenges did you face and what was the secret to overcoming them? "Opening up customers and competition were a stumbling block, but with determination and time the path was clear."

"Go and believe in the Macpaul brand, in the support you will receive and in you, because I have accomplished everything I dreamed of as a salesperson. By the way, I was polled by other companies, but I refused."

Is it news you want? Macpaul always has! With great joy we inform you of the launch of a new item that will compose the Oxi One line from Macpaul Professional, the Oxi One 6 volumes.
What sets this release apart? It is already common knowledge that the Oxi One line was developed based on the time of action of the chemical structures of Fix Color, Diamond Color and Tonn Color assets and Blond Plus bleach. As requested by the product usage protocol, it can be used in different coloring, toning and tinting processes, everything depends on the proposal of the work to be carried out.
However, we found in the market a need for a lower volume because there are hairs that are more sensitive and need more care with less oxidation, and especially for the tinting processes where often an oxidation above 3% can cause an opening of unwanted tone in natural roots.
Thinking about it, Macpaul brings Oxi One 6 volumes, which will bring more security to the professional when it comes to toning or tinting, with the quality of the oxidizer you already know, now with an even smaller volume.

Have you had any difficulties in your career? Which one?
Yes, I went through many difficulties, one of them was giving up my rental house and going to live in a shack for 9 months without water and electricity, so I could keep renting my salon.
How big was your salon?
It was 22m2.
How big is your current salon?
Now I'm in a 137m2 room.
Why did you need this change?
After I started working with Macpaul, customer demand started to increase considerably. The space became small and my team no longer supported, I was forced to expand the services and automatically the space.
How did Macpaul help you get to where you are now?

In my opinion, home care products have always been the key to wonderful hair. And displaying products properly has always been a challenge, as we women buy through the eyes. The boutique with wonderful and bright design brought wealth and more beauty to the products leaving them organized.
What advice would you give to all women with families to care for, daily chores and a beauty salon to administer?
Dividing yourself between businesswoman, mother, wife and still having to manage all this becomes a challenge. The secret is to have discipline and a great management of your time. And of course, trust God at all times to direct you.
